Biography

Dr. O. K. Ogungbade is a Lecturer I, Department of Counsellor Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Ilorin. He is the Assistant Seminar Coordinator in the Department. He is also a Level Adviser. He is the President of Unilorin Amicable Cooperative Society since October, 2019 till date, he has served as Secretary and Chairman Credit Committee to the same Cooperative as well as Ex-officio. Vice-I have served as P.R.O. and Vice-chairman, Parent Teachers’ Association, University School, he has served as Assistant Secretary, Special Marshall etc He worked as an Interpreter at Centre for Supportive Services for the Deaf, University of Ilorin between 2nd November, 2001 and 13th March, 2019. He was employed as a lecturer on 13th March, 2019 as Lecturer II, since then I have been teaching and conducting research in my area. His research areas include educating people with disabilities, rehabilitative counselling and school counselling.
