Dr. Mulikat Ladi Mustapha is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Guidance and Counselling, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. As Deputy Director of Training at CREDIT, she leads research on electronic record systems, securing the University Senate Research Grant 2024 as PI and the ACU Supporting Researcher Community Training Grants 2024. She has held key roles across departmental and faculty committees—including Level Adviser, Secretary of Academic Board, Practicum and Examination Coordinator, Resource Manager, Clearance Officer, and Seminar Coordinator. With over 50 articles in leading journals, her work spans counselling interventions, bullying, cyberharassment, adolescent well-being, and educational equity. Dr. Mustapha continues to advance counselling scholarship and practice locally and globally.
